IS THIS A NEW FORM OF THERAPY?Injections of Hydrogen Peroxide are nothing new. It was first reported by Dr. T.H. Oliver in the British Medical Journal (Lancet)in 1920. Patients with influenzal pneumonia were treated with Hydrogen Peroxide infusions with very good results. The use of Hydrogen peroxide injections, to generate OXYGEN in the body, have been studied at many major universities and medical research centers throughout the world. Research reports have come from Baylor, Yale, Harvard, UCLA, Boston, England, Japan, Germany, Sweden, Russia, Canada, Nova Scotia and others. Today, between 20 and 50 scientific articles are published each month about the chemical and biological effects of Hydrogen Peroxide. More recently the "Therapeutic Use of Intravenous Hydrogen Peroxide" was reported at an International Medical Symposium in Czechoslovakia attended by representatives from 26 different countries. Oxidation Therapy is a new use of an old treatment discovered almost 70 years ago.

WHAT ABOUT THE SAFETY OR SIDE EFFECTS OF THIS THERAPY?Over the past 50 years hundreds of patients have received Hydrogen Peroxide without a single reported serious side effect. The current lay interest in using H202 for Candida, EBV, AIDS, HBLV, CMV and other "Vogue Diagnosis" is creating a demand for physicians who have experienced using H202. For this reason IBOM is currently establishing a national computerized network physician referral system. CASE PRESENTATIONMr. C.M., a 69 year-old w/m, had his twelfth chelation treatment of a series of 30 to be received for his peripheral vascular disease. He recently had a severe emotions stress reaction due to the sudden loss of a family member. Approximately one week later he developed a severe burning-itching pain over the right suprascapular area. This was followed a few hours later with an eruption of herpetic vesicles in the same area. He was given Tylenol and with Codeine by a local physician and told to apply Caladryl topically. We saw the patient three days later and he was quite morbid. He had a severe eruption of herpetic vesicles extending from the midline of his right neck, across the trapezius, the suprascapular area, and over the deltoid to the middle of the right arm. He was given 250mL of 0.15% H202 intravenously and reported within 3 days the pain had subsided considerably and the lesions were resolving. We saw the patient again one week later and all the lesions were ruptured, encrusted and drying. He was pain free and feeling much better. He was given an additional intravenous infusion of H202 to help complete the resolution. We have treated Herpes Zoster with many different therapeutic modalities with varying success using H202, as a therapeutic tool, in this case brought about resolution two to three times faster than any modality we have previously employed.

 

Mrs. P.M., a 34 year-old w/f, has been treated repeatedly over the past 5 years for Chronic Systemic Candidiasis. Her history and symptoms are classic. ...After 8 treatments she was free of symptoms for the first time in 5 years. Objectively she appeared much healthier and had more vitality, smiling and happy for the first time since we saw her as a new patient. When tested for Candida sensitization subcutaneously, she now tested a 1 dilution compared to her usual 4 to 6 dilutions during her more morbid times. Two months after her last infusion, she was seeking employment, had redeveloped her self-confidence and had shown no signs of relapse. Follow-up evaluations are continuing.

Hydrogen peroxide is produced by all cells of the body for many different physiological reasons. ...Hydrogen Peroxide is involved in protein, carbohydrate and fat metabolism, immunity, vitamin and mineral metabolism or any other system you might wish to explore. Our studies demonstrate a positive metaboic effect to intravenous infusion of H202. Its ability to oxidize almost any physiological or pathological substance, in addition to producing increased tissue and cellular oxygen tensions, it has proven to have therapeutic value. Approximately 100 physicians, across the United States and in two foreign countries, have indicated they intend to explore the therapeutic application of H202. Several have reported they have already started treating patients and some of these patients have experienced unusual benefits.

 

SUCCESSFUL TREATMENT BY 'OZONE' FOR AIDS IGNORED BY UNITED STATES MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT AND GOVERNMENT EUROPEAN AIDS RESEARCH IGNORED Spotlight Newspaper Oct. 26, 1987 by Fr. Richard Wilhelm, B.Sc. Dr. Horst Keif is curing AIDS victims in the Munich area of West Germany, by hyperoxygenating their blood with ozone, which destroys the AIDS virus on contact. The same basic process appears to be also effective against hepatitis, Herpes, the Epstein-Barr virus and the Cytomegalovirus, as well as providing a simple method of purifying stored blood and blood components, and preoxygenating blood to be transfused. Some of the medical uses of ozone have been appreciated for years in Europe and elsewhere but are still relatively unknown in the United States. The treatment itself is remarkably simple: The ozone is produced by forcing oxygen through a metal tube carrying a 300-volt charge. A pint of blood is drawn from the patient and placed in an infusion bottle. The ozone is then forced into the bottle and thoroughly mixed by shaking gently, whereupon the blood turns bright red. As the ozone molecules dissolve into the blood they give up their third oxygen atom, releasing considerable energy, which inactivates all lipid-envelope virus while leaving blood cells unharmed. Ozone overcomes AIDS virus by a fundamentally different process than usually attempted with drugs. Instead of burdening the liver and immune system with more elaborate toxic substances, ozone simply oxidizes the molecules in the shell of the virus, rendering it incapable of spreading. It also oxygenates the blood to a greater degree than is usually reached, what with poor air and sluggish breathing habits. The treated blood is then given back to the patient. This treatment is given from twice a week to twice a day, depending on how advanced the disease is. The strengthened blood confers some of its virucidal properties to the rest of the patient's blood as it disperses.The disease will not return, as long as the patient maintains his blood in an oxygen-positive state, through proper breathing, exercise and diet. The major U.S. news media and the medical establishment seem to be ignoring this line of research. Meanwhile hundreds of millions of dollars are being spent to "try to find a cure," which supposedly won't be available for years, if ever.

 

Once AIDS is diagnosed, "it means death," insists American Medical Association (AMA) President Dr. John J. Coury. "There is no cure...and no immunization." He also mentioned that each case brings the medical industry another $40,000 to $150,000 or 40 to 150 million dollars from every thousand victims. Of course, that's totally unconnected with the AMA's silence about the AIDS cases cured with ozone. ...the drug AZT was widely publicized for many months before it was approved in the United States ongoing research into possible AIDS vaccines. The difference is that ozone offers an actual cure, and it is cheap. AZT does not cure but only buys time, and is expected to cost $10,000 per patient per year. Should a patient be denied a treatment just because we do not understand its mechanism of action? Were not aspirin and many other popular remedies used successfully long before we learned how they worked? Preliminary clinical studies indicate that oxidative therapy might produce desirable results in cancer treatment. ...Exposure of patients blood in vitro to ozone and subsequent reinjection is a medical procedure used for a successful treatment of cancer in one Swiss clinic since 1960. Treatment with ozone of experimental animals with cancer has been conducted by Drs. Puharich and Migdalin Arnan. Although these preliminary findings do not constitute a proof in themselves, they may certainly encourage clinical researchers and practitioners to try this unorthodox but apparently promising modality.

He has a ten year experience with all possible forms of ozone-therapy used to treat the most different diseases. He published the very first report about the very good results of ozone-therapy for the various forms of herpes and the several forms of viral hepatitis, in Berlin, West Germany in 1981. At the 6th Ozone World Congress in Washington, D.C., in 1983, he published further results, confirming and expanding his previous experience. The present paper is a resume of all this experience in treating herpes and hepatitis with ozone. ...Finally the author calls to our attention the hypothesis that ozone-therapy could be an excellent choice � if not the choice � for the medical treatment of 'AIDS' (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome), as a curative as well as a preventative measure. In the year 1981, at the 5th Ozone World Congress in Berlin, West Germany, this author reported, for the first time ever, the successful treatment of herpes and acute viral hepatitis with the medicinal ozone. OZONE SELECTIVELY INHIBITS GROWTH OF HUMAN CANCER CELLS Science V. 209, Aug. 22, 1980Abstract. The growth of human cancer cells from lung, breast, and uterine tumors was selectively inhibited in a dose-dependent manner by ozone at 0.3 to 0.8 part per million of ozone in ambient air during 8 days of culture. Human lung diploid firbroblasts served as non-cancerous control cells. The presence of ozone at 0.3 to 0.5 parts per million inhibited cancer cell growth 40 and 60%, respectively...Exposure to ozone 0.8 part per million inhibited cancer cell growth more than 90 percent and control cell growth less than 50 percent. VIDEO TAPES OF PHYSICIANS TREATING AIDS PATIENTS WITH OZONE AND VITAMIN C IN GERMANY...We decided to take a trip to Germany in November 1987. We traveled over 2500 miles and interviewed some twenty doctors, and worked in their clinics. Dr. Hans Nieper, Dr. Josef Issels, Dr. H. Kief were just a few. We took along professional television equipment and documented many interviews which are available if you write or call. Dr. H. Kief stopped the AIDS virus in a number of AIDS victims and rebuilt their immune system back to normal. Here is how he did it: Dr. Kief took a 300 milligram I.V. vacuum bottle, and with an I.V. butterfly needle he drained 200 milligrams of the AIDS victim's blood into the bottle. Then he pumped Ozone 03 into the bottle until it was full and pressurized. He then injected one gram of vitamin C into the bottle and shook the bottle until the blood became bright red from the oxygen. He then let the blood run back into the patient through the same I.V. Dr. Kief found using this method twice weekly, no more and no less, brought the best results. Intravenous Aerobics Athletes will try almost anything, it seems, to better their performances. The boost of choice among some is blood doping, in which red blood cells are drawn off and reinjected a few days before a race. Since red cells carry muscle-fueling oxygen, an additional infusion should translate into greater energy, more endurance and improved times.     The 1984 U.S. Olympic cycling coach was suspended after some team members admitted to doping their blood, a practice now banned from the Games. Blood doping is arguably unethical; it may also have long term side effects and has been clinically unproven. Last month, though, University of New Mexico researchers reported in the Journal of the American Medical Association that six runners performed some 3% better on 10-km runs after a dose of their own red cells. Blood doping may be shady and unhealthy, but it may also work.

THE USE OF OZONE FOR SAFE BLOOD TRANSFUSIONS The infusion of ozone provides a simple method of purifying stored blood and blood components, eliminating any possibility of disease being transmitted by transfusion. It also pre-oxygenates blood to be transfused, greatly reducing the burden on the body receiving the blood.

Mr. Bouve who is the President of the company is very knowledgeable regarding ozone and ozone generators. He is concerned with the present water situation in this country. Mr. Bouve is available for talks on water and ozone use for physicians (for drinking water). Mr. Bouve has installed ozone generators for different countries' water supply. He is engaged in showing the public that once ozone is incorporated into any water supply, chemicals, pesticides, pathogenic organisms, bacterium are destroyed, and health is enhanced.

 

FDA AND OZONE FDA Commissioner Frank Young announced a short time ago he planned on making experimental drugs available to the AIDS patients. However, it seems only those drugs that are costly and have serious side effects. On the other hand, ozone has been stopped in this country (being performed on an "experimental basis") as of January 1988, although there have been repeated reports of successful treatments of AIDS patients in the United States, Europe and South America. This treatment cures; it is safe and has no side effects and is inexpensive.Oxygen is the end product of Vitamin C; oxygen is the end product of interferon, (which is so expensive); and oxygen is the end product of ionizing radiation used for cancer treatment. AIDS, Herpes Hepatitis, Epstein-Barr, Cytomegalovirus and other lipid envelope virus are readily destroyed by hyper-oxygenating the patient's blood with ozone. A HISTORY OF OZONE. Ozone has been used for approximately 100 years in water and sewage treatment. During the 1st World War, ozone began being used as a medical treatment. (See Safe Water Chapter). At that time none of the machines could measure the amount of ozone being infused. In the 50's a Dr. Hansler of Germany invented a machine which could accurately measure and regulate ozone. Today, approximately 5,000 physicians are using ozone in Germany. When the Medizone Company was first formed in this country the distributors went before the FDA to tell them of their plan to import ozone machines. The FDA said they must have an "IMD" number (which meant for experimental purposes only). The FDA then granted Medizone this device number. Shortly thereafter the FDA turned around and said all ozone machines must now be re-classified under "drugs" (although ozone in NOT a drug) and since there had been no controlled studies done, the use of all ozone machines in the United States must stop. At this same time the FDA planned on confiscating all ozone machines in the United States. Medizone, however, plea-bargained with the FDA and offered to send out certified letters to each researcher using the machine stating the use of ozone must stop until controlled studies were completed. At this time Medizone has now filed with the FDA to get ozone approved as a drug. The device will be regulated under the drug delivery system legislation. The people at Medizone have done their own research at the Long Island College of Pharmacy, Mt. Sinai Hospital, etc. Medizone has done all of their research in the treatment of AIDS and they expect to start clinical studies both in this country, England and Canada later this year. As stated before no experimental use of ozone can be practiced in this country as of January 1988 while this "drug" is going through the regulatory process. Ozone does not need to be approved for use in other areas of the world, such as Europe, South America or Mexico. Many physicians in Europe have been successful in treating AIDS with ozone. Both Great Britain and Canada have been receptive to Medizone and the idea of ozone, and are looking forward to the controlled studies being completed so that they may implement these procedures for AIDS and other serious illnesses. On the other hand the FDA has been very unreceptive to Medizone and their studies, and has on many occasions refused to answer correspondence, etc...

 

CASE HISTORY: A patient in the United States with Epstein-Barr had suffered for 7 years until she was treated with ozone (experimentally). Then when all experimental research was stopped, she once again fell back into her previous state of unwellness. Note: According to Medizone it will be at least a year before the FDA will give approval. (If they give approval). Write your senator and congressman and tell them about the use of Ozone and how it is being denied patients here in the United States that very well may stay alive if given the treatment.
